  • Directions: For the first  5 days – 4 capsules 3 times per day (60 capsules). For maintenance and protection continue taking 4 capsules daily. For optimal results, it is recommended to continue 4 capsules daily for a minimum of 6 months.
  • For symptoms caused by sexual activity: 4 capsules before and 4 capsules after, followed by 4 capsules the next day.
  • Take with food and drink 2 litres of water daily.

Note: You must follow this recommended amount and continue usage for optimal results.

  1. Like the product and use to maintain good bladder function

  2. Since using Uralix I haven’t needed to resort to antibiotics for UTI. So good to have a natural solution that works!

  5. Did not work for me. I do think the issue is our microbiome but unfortunately this didnt work for me.
