Manufactured in the UK adhering to the highest quality standards

  • Directions: For the first  5 days – 4 capsules 3 times per day (60 capsules). For maintenance and protection continue taking 4 capsules daily. For optimal results, it is recommended to continue 4 capsules daily for a minimum of 6 months.
  • For symptoms caused by sexual activity: 4 capsules before and 4 capsules after, followed by 4 capsules the next day.
  • Take with food and drink 2 litres of water daily.

Note: You must follow this recommended amount and continue usage for optimal results.

    I have been taking Uralix now for over 4 years. I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening which I increase if I become aware of cystitis symptoms.
