Delivery
Delivery to UK mainland routinely takes between 2-5 days, or as stated in the order Confirmation.
Standard mainland UK delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class is £4.50.
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the order Confirmation. In cases of events outside our control, we will contact you by email with a revised delivery date.
The Company reserves’ its right to cancel any order that is found fraudulent or for any abusive behavior to our staff.
An event outside our control means any act or event including without limitations strikes, industrial action, civil commotion, invasion, terror attack, epidemic, natural disaster, war ( whether declared or not), failure of public or private telecommunications networks or failure of means of public and or private transport.
In such an event takes place, our obligations under a contract will be suspended and we will notify you be email as soon as reasonably possible.
The products will be your responsibility after delivery. You own the product after we have received payment in full including delivery charges.
International Delivery
Blue Green Health delivers overseas to most destinations.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that your order complies with the local laws and regulations.
We have no control over any import taxes and customs at your destination. All taxes and duties at your destination are your sole responsibility.
We ship worldwide! Delivery times by Royal Mail vary from 4-8 working days for Europe and 1-20 working to other countries.
Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, Blue Green Health Ltd will not be responsible for any of the above duties and fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Blue Green Health Ltd will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained or confiscated by foreign customs.
Returns
We do all we can to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However at times, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not be the case. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, email us with details, and we will try to help.
You must notify us of any returns via email before sending back any items and include your order number within the parcel.
You may return your product(s) for a full refund or exchange. Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, in all the original packaging with all seals intact to receive a full refund. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.
- Your order will not be refunded until the items have been received and inspected by us. We will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.
- Please note we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us, to avoid problems ensure you pack the items securely, keep a proof of postage receipt from the post office or send the items back to us via a tracked/recorded service which insures the value of your goods.
Return postage will not be refunded unless by prior agreement with Blue Green Health Ltd.
URALIX Subscriptions are offering a 10% discount and will be shipped and charged monthly for a fixed 6 months period. The subscription is renewable automatically. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the subscription period. Subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the initial 6 months subject to 30 days notice.
BREAST360 Subscriptions are shipped and charged monthly. The subscription is renewable automatically, but can be cancelled at any time subject to 10 days notice by email to sales@BGHealth.co.uk.
