- Directions: For the first 5 days – 4 capsules 3 times per day (60 capsules). For maintenance and protection continue taking 4 capsules daily. For optimal results, it is recommended to continue 4 capsules daily for a minimum of 6 months.
- For symptoms caused by sexual activity: 4 capsules before and 4 capsules after, followed by 4 capsules the next day.
- Take with food and drink 2 litres of water daily.

These are fantastic, my symptoms have disappeared.
Amazingly cleared my UTI quickly. I haven’t felt so good in many years.
I have been taking Uralix capsules for over a year and unfortunately there is no improvement in my symptoms. So I will give it one last try.
